Position Overview:We are seeking a competent and reliable female office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various administrative tasks efficiently, with a focus on paperwork management and accounting support.

Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
– Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
– Prepare and distribute documents such as memos, agendas, and presentations as required.
– Assist in the creation and maintenance of office policies and procedures manuals.
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
– Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
– Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash transactions.
– Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
– Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation as directed by management.
– Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
– Order office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
– Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
– Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
– Collaborate with colleagues to support office-wide initiatives and projects.
– Communicate effectively with management regarding administrative issues, concerns, and updates.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
– Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with accounting 
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
– Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
– Office-based role with occasional requirement for overtime during busy periods or special projects.
– Comfortable office environment with standard office equipment provided.
